What this is
open.codrlabs.com is the home for the software codrlabs builds in the open, and for the people we mentor through building it.
It is deliberately separate from client work. Nothing here is billed to anyone, and nothing here has a delivery date set by a customer. The projects exist for two reasons:
- They should exist. Each one solves a problem the maintainers actually hit, and there was no good open alternative.
- They are somewhere to learn properly. Contributors get real code review on real software — see Mentoring.
What lives here
Section titled “What lives here”This site is documentation. The code lives in the
codrlabs GitHub organisation; each project’s
section here covers what it does, how it is put together, and how to run it
locally. All projects lists everything, including the archived
repositories.
What does not live here
Section titled “What does not live here”- Client work and anything under NDA.
- Private mentorship notes and individual feedback — those stay off the public web by design.
- Credentials, tokens, or infrastructure detail.
